  • INGREDIENTS:

  1. Tek Quinoa Flour – 1/4 th Cup
  2. Urad dal – 1/4 th cup
  3. Channa Dal – 1/4 th Cup
  4. Green Moong Dal – 1/4 th Cup
  5. salt(to taste)
  6. Oil-2/3 tbsp
  7. Green Chillies
  8. Ginger
  9. Topping (1)Onion, Tomato, Pepper, Coriander Leaves
  10. Italian Seasoning

Method to make quinoa flour weight loss Uttapam

1)Batter Preparation :Soaked all dals over night and grid all with green chillies,Ginger. Finally add Gluten free Low GI Tek Quinoa Flour to make a Batter,Remind that it doesn’t thin.

2)Heat a Pan over medium heat . When the Pan is warm enough reduce to medium . Grease the Pan with little oil and pour Big spoonful of Batter and spread in a circular Motion and Drizzle oil over the edges, Cover with Lid and Cook until it is light brown on bottom for 3 to 4 minutes .

3) Flip gently and cook on the Otherwise without Lid until light Brown . It will take around 3 to 4 Minutes .Flip again and Cook for a minute and Season with little Salt , Freshly grounded Black pepper and Italian Seasoning. Transfer to a Plate . Cut into triangles with the help of a Knife. Taste like Pizza minus Cheese.
